I’m a graduate student in Tampa Bay, Florida. I have a wonderful husband and a spoiled little four-legged child. I grew up with a single father who never ever bake, so how I grew to love baking is beyond me…but I love to bake. I love the process of creating and I find baking and cooking extremely therapeutic.
I mostly post baked goods; though, I’m Persian and my husband is Italian so you may find the occassional Italian and Middle Eastern Recipe. I have to admit, aside from the ocassional three tier birthday cake, I like simple and unfussy foods. I should also warn you that I have an unhealthy LOVE for cookbooks and have an obscene collection. Actually, I have an unhealthy love for books in general.
